Sister M. Arnolda Hollenthonner

Addressing one another (in) psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,
singing and playing to the Lord in your hearts, giving thanks always
and for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to God the Father.

In the hours when the Church sings Lauds
and praise Christ for the morning beauty of the eternity,
the glory of God also shined on our

Sister Mária Arnolda
Frieda Hollenthonner.

In hope for the coming of our LORD and in the faith for resurrection,
Sister Arnolda died on November 11, 2024,
in the Provincial House in Eisenstadt
at the age of 92 and at the 69^th year of her Profession.

Sister was versatile and a recognized teacher. 

Following our Redeemer, Jesus Christ,
she used her gift and developed it in the field of education and teaching.
Sr. Arnolda was for a long time the Director of the school “Marianum” in Steinberg,
two terms of the Provincial Superior office,
and especially the master for Liturgy until her last hour.

Now she sings to the Lord a new song of redeemed.  

We thank our Sister for her witness of faith
and her service in the work of redemption.  

May she rest in peace.
